I think it is installed. (I also have a package installed which is named win-iocnv-mingw or something like that)

I mean a launcher were I can choose between different installation and not between different server, because I really like the design.

I am also trying to run MockBukkit with PaperMC paperweight and I get the same Error, but I need the NMS classes. How could I solve the problem?
