Adding a "shorts" category to RSS items would be plenty, as for now channels continue to spew out this garbage straight into the main (and olny) feed.

Updated with more information. In v493 and before files were always getting archived, in v494 I can't replicate this behavior but it's worth noting, everything other issue still stands.

More ctrl+z is never a bad idea but this feature here *really* strikes my fancy.
