In other words, in case someone doesn't understand what you said, the pivot must be in the center of the skeleton so the polygons position is 0,0
As someone who has experienced that bug, the bones are wrong only at the end of each bone chain and it looks like the only property that is not well...

I really thought maybe it was an issue on my pc so I reset it to factory settings, I didn't help... :/ actually made it worst, now it's not a...
