you seem to be entirely overlooking that sec printing all those guns requires sci to research them all, which takes tens of thousands of points to get the top-level stuff
I like the idea, though if it's just a matter of numbers, it might end up being optimal to just make a fuckton of greys - perhaps add diminishing returns...
