Wii U Loading Sound doesn't stop on Wii U Version

In wii u homebrew you are supposed to stop the loading sound but ClassiCube never does. (Only on real hardware)

Support turning the Wii U console on/off from the Vanilla client

The real Wii U GamePad had a power button so this should be added to Vanilla. This will make Vanilla more like a real GamePad
