It also does not work if creating the new sub directory manually, e.g. mkdir test3 cd test3 sl clone ../test --> abort: F:\sl\test3\test\.sl/store\gitdir: The system cannot find the file specified
Understood, but if this is a not supported use case sl should terminate at the very beginning with a brief message instead of aborting in the middle of something.
