Markers warping the models

I noticed that when you turn the image from vertical to horizontal the model rotates, but warps the model. I'm investigating it.

Calibrating the confidence level

@kalwalt @nicolocarpignoli @jonasjohansson With the last commit I added a confidence level based on Shannon's entropy equation.
