Real HDMI support in HDMI2USB

Currently the HDMI2USB only does DVI. Devices that only output HDMI don't work. Add support for HDMI.

config settings are lost when the unit is power cycled.

Currently HDMI2USB doesn't read incoming audio data. #7 is about sending it to a usb audio device. This would send audio to the hdmi sinks.
