Chown in kudu integration test is causing later tests to fail

Because of the chown https://github.com/Cargill/pipewrench/blob/master/integration-tests/sqoop-parquet-hdfs-kudu-impala/run.sh

This test needs to be run last. We should try to remove the chown and permission changing. Not usre why it's necessary.
