I haven't worked node-red-contrib-google-action (but with the somewhat related node-red-contrib-google-smarthome). So I don't know exactly how this node works. But are you sure it's on port 443? From a quick...
Unfortunately, there is currently no way to do this. There are plans to include some kind of async response like node-red-contrib-smartnora has. See #458. There, the device node outputs a...
I couldn't get it back to work by removing the statements from the wsdl.xml files. Pointing the URLs in the WSDL files to a self-hosted copy of the files also...

Thank you @FireWizard52! Web server settings in the smarthome configuration and validating URLs internally and externally would have been my next questions. As a sidenote, this week my mother bought...
I can reproduce this. The "Bettlampe" is connected using SmartNora and has the brigthness controls. The "Testlampe" is connected using node-red-contrib-google-smarthome and it does not have any brigthness controls....
I'll leave it open until I (or somebody else) has implemented a fix to automatically inject default values at boot. Might also fix some other problems where devices behave "strange"...
On a second thought, I have to agree. Setting new default values on every restart is not good. Especially since every deployment in Node-RED means the service is restarted so...
