Abilities to choose which team, which round, which types of nades wants check  

It will be nice if you can divide levels of maps. Right now is hard to know from where sb throw nade. 

Feature such as Utility damage in score board will be nice

### Expected behavior When you start dry run by typing .dry everyone shouldn't have chance to use noclip. ### Actual behavior dry run mode: .noclip in chat doesn't work noclip...
