At a first step I'd document how to do this manually in each of the OSes
This seems to be an unhandled case for fetching wrapped feeds. Should start by adding a failing unit test for this situation first.
As per of https://github.com/axios/axios/issues/4806, taking @ldeffenb 's comment into consideration, it may be that this is a lying error message when something else fails downstream.
