S3 File Upload component should work with other S3-compatible services, not just AWS

If you're using a self hosted version, you can disable the CSP (Which is what is preventing non-S3 datasources from working). You would need to use the environment variable `DISABLE_CONTENT_SECURITY_POLICY`....
