I encountered the same problems as in issue #44. Is the clickDistance feature still planned or off the radar for now? I would like to vote for it :)

Sorry, just realized you are doing this already with the GUI install (basically qt libraies), but the base install still installs matplotlib, is this really necessary?

The make shortcut option has been created by @newville. If I am not mistaken, he has also now created an extra library, to do this.

Thank you. I guess the main issue is that "dioptas.py" in the main directory was renamed into "run.py" due to some problems I had with pyinstaller (if I remember correctly...

Could you attach a sample file for xye? Does it include a header? The more basic question for me, how much sense does it make to add errors to output...

i think, this is in principle a good option for displaying, although very often detectors extra have their masked pixels as (-1 or 0) - maybe this should be removed...

This is an old issue. But Eran do you have an example SPE file?

I found several different resources, claiming that a develop branch of pyinstaller might resolve this issue
