Hello Is [inc/winfsp/winfsp.hpp](https://github.com/winfsp/winfsp/blob/master/inc/winfsp/winfsp.hpp) officially supported, even for WinFSP 2.0 ? I'm not quite sure, because it's is not bundled in the release version of WinFSP

As a workaround, maybe someone could publish the .zip file containing the extension, allowing it to be installed manually ?
