Installing [Visual Studio 2015 Community](https://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/products/visual-studio-community-vs.aspx) would solve this but we're not here to tell you...

Nuget is going to drop those files in so just deal with it.

Currently there are only projects for the current version of AutoCAD, not everybody uses this. Add versions to cover AutoCAD version 2007 to present.
