GUI enhancement: Deferred/pending not sorted by date

Related to #1727 but here the actions in my project view's 'Deferred/pending' are not sorted by date.

The sidebar still shows the old name until the page is reloaded.

The start page shows "Completed actions in this context" although the actions are those completed in any of the shown contexts.
