GUI enhancement: remove action from deferred/pending list

When I activate an action by completing the only predecessor, it is still shown in the deferred/pending view. A copy is shown in the corresponding context, which is OK. I expect to not see the action in the deferred/pending view.

After a page reload everything is OK.
