I was getting the same error on Windows on the Brave browser. I noticed Brave's shields (and probably other adblockers) were turned on, blocking my upload and causing the issue....

Either way I don't know what any of these words mean and I have no idea how to fix it

 This is my config and I can access Admin UI from the port 3001 no problem. Now I just have problem with making it work properly haha
