Hi, in portainer you probably have the ability to specify a user and group id to run the container. You have to set those ids to `1000` (both)
Also there is a mistake in the way you configured `APP_URL`. This env var must reflect the full url of your instance, see the doc: https://docs.2fauth.app/getting-started/configuration/#app_url
