Just out of curiosity: Do you have an example of a language/phrase that uses the single quote in a required way ? I mean, I'm French, so the single quote is commonly used between definite article and a noun that starts with a vowel. But this is not the kind of phrase I would use to name a group.

Hello, I'm Catalan and the city at which i live has the aposthrope character in the (official) name. I have a group that includes the entries related to my house and I name with the city name. Now I have named the group without the aposthrope char and I can live with this restriction ;)

No, there is no reason to exclude this character if it makes sense :slightly_smiling_face: It's always interesting to learn more about specific regional characteristics and use cases.
