I have the same problem. Also trying to connect Fairbuds XL on Bazzite Deck GNOME 39. The headphones already work for my Debian machines, as well as my Android phone.

Of note is that this happens on both my desktop (Fedora 37 GNOME Wayland) and my friend's (Ubuntu 22.10 GNOME Wayland)
Yeah, I've searched a bit more and found out that it's an issue with WebRTC, so as it stands it currently affects Firefox as well for me.
This does not happen for me on wlroots based compositors (tested on Sway and Hyrpland) so it seems to be a GNOME+WebRTC issue

Could this be done with MSC4039, or are we waiting for something else to be done before this can be worked on?
Maybe the length of the track could be compared to the expected length when running repairs? That wouldn't directly fix this issue, but it would help with mitigating it after...
