Well, I'm no longer having this issue with 0.18.2 (which is expected because of https://github.com/tststs/atom-ternjs/commit/2653f6e7b3347c3e6184a4fe3780196d43426852) but also `atom-ternjs` appears to be working fine. I _think_ you can close this.

Well, it just happened again (same `.isDirty` error, different line/file) for just one file (I could edit other files). When I reloaded atom, it went away. 😕
