Flyout doesn't appear when I use the volume wheel on my Logitech G733 headphones, or when I use the Windows 11 volume control slider

I should add that the Windows 11 volume slider does work with my headphones' volume wheel (I use HideVolumeOSD and forgot it was there).

Welp, it worked! And I just had the folder sitting on my desktop! I put it in the Program Files folder to get it out of the way, it still...
