I found some inconsistencies between the ED intime and pyxis charttime and prescription starttime. For some patients that went through ED, the charttime and starttime (from ed.pyxis and hosp.prescriptions respectively)...

For *itemid* 51249, the *valueuom* is sometimes recorded as 'g/dL' and sometimes as '%', although it should seemingly be 'g/dL' consistently. I don't know if this problem appears for some...
