Yes I suppose that it could be an Nvidia issue. The deck is AMD.

Yah the swinging definitely tanks it, but also the initial fight scene caused my fps to hover in the 40s. I should be getting way better performance considering my system....

It may be CPU bound, but surely I should get higher than 30fps with a 5800x3D.
