rocm package install of Comfyui keeps asking for CUDA and an Nvidia GPU but it is installed as rocm!

I got it to recognise my rx7900xtx after uninstalling torchsde. anything that could contain anything not rocm optimised can throw the whole thing off without warning or explanation. the problem...

I just installed on windows 11 on a different computer, both are installed and using a repository on an external drive, on this new pc, new install exact same issue.
