读写低，磁盘io却被打满

数据量大概60G，读写不高，大概几M/s，内部数据整理把磁盘io 180M/s 打满了，list结构的数据，不知道是不是配置不对还是磁盘不行

I have met two conditions. 1. The configuration slaveReadEnable is true; 2. I didn't open the consumption of order messages. but, still fail to consume the message of slave.
