I've updated the structures recently, no idea if it's changed anything (I haven't noticed this problem)
Blockus doesn't add any ores (Like Diamond, Iron...) , However a red version for endstone is a good idea.
In the next update for 1.21.1, 1.21.4 & 1.21.6 ! 
What, I don't think it's caused by Blockus at all but that's weird
