What version of Molecular Nodes are you using? If it's < 0.4.1 try downloading the most recent release and seeing if that works for you. Blender 3.1.2 should be ideal

Yep the ribbon style doesn't work with non-protein molecules currently. It's on the roadmap but I haven't had a go at implementing it yet :)

Can you change your Blender to English and see if the issue resolves itself? Seems that non-english breaks the import currently (looking into fixing it).
