are you referring to the one in the plugins folder forgive me I'm a bit of a newb also thank you for responding to my original post
ok I probably did something wrong but it did not work
I looked through the entire file I could not find the external app lancher
going to try installing intelligent auto
 If this is what you are taking about it does not work
