How do I get ssh to use %USERPROFILE%/.ssh authenication keys

Answering a 5-year-old question, but I put `C:\Windows\System32\OpenSSH` in my path before any other ssh can be found, and that solves the issue. It's still old (v1.1.1) but it works.

Confirmed, still needs to be fixed. But this code hasn't been touched in 3 years; probably one of us needs to make this change and hope it gets merged in.
