Okay, reducing the mesh inset yielded results: on a 5x5 mesh, it said "the print got stopped" and I had to confirm to continue, but there was no "jump" bug....

As I wrote, I didn't get the jump on a 5x5 mesh. Also, my physical limits are correctly set. Manually, it's impossible to go out of printing area. At least...
