exporting gate as csv

Hello,

I would like to export manual gates and phenograph clusters as csv files. I tried it but the HistoCAT in my computer is only able to export them as fcs. With FlowJo I opened the fcs files (from the HistoCAT manual gates) and afterwards I exported them as csv. But when I tried to open these csv files with Python for further analysis, it gives a lot of issues.

There is an easy way to use the data from a manual HistoCAT gating with Python?
