Histocat crashes upon trying to open the app to install it

Hi there, I've tried to download Histocat (the latest version) however it just crashes everytime I try to install it - I'm running MacOS BigSur 11.0.1 - would anyone be able to tell me why it keeps crashing or if i'm doing something wrong to install it?
