Create multiple gates in histocat

Hi, I see this question has been asked before but I am not sure if the problem is solved now: I want to select certain cell populations by gating in a scatter plot but it seems I cannot create gates after 2 subgates. Is there a limit as to the subgates? And if so, how do I overcome this problem? Can I manually gate in let's say Flowjo and import the population in Histocat? Thanks! T
