In fact, I want to have this tableau of statistics for the interaction between phenotypes using the permutation test. But I really can't see how to get this. I've tried the option "Neighborhood Analysis" but I couldn't understand what preparation to do before this and what parameters to choose.

Could you please explain briefly some steps to me ?
