Problems installing

I know there are issues installing HistoCAT on MacOS. However, I am having the same issue on my windows 10 computer - the installer launches but quits almost immediately after it first loads. This issue persists with each release available for Windows10.

I wonder if anyone has had a similar issue and whether they have been able to fix it?
