I am running into the same problem

TypeError: 'numpy.float64' object cannot be interpreted as an integer

It is indeed a problem with HDBSCAN, related to [this issue](https://github.com/scikit-learn-contrib/hdbscan/issues/600). Updating HDBSCAN to 0.8.33 worked for me.
