Weird, it works for me I tested it with Freestyle Metal X which I have installed on my HDD. Using v1.2.0-Beta-2087-be25d81 Some proof:

It seems like Gun, replacing the FILEIO.IRX file with the ones from Tony Hawk's Project 8 fixes the issue.
