Move detuning to new effects sidebar. Could this sidebar be used to set up presets for volume, detuning and other effects? Experiment with it.

Players should be allowed/disallowed access to the SoundBoard

A global detune is fine, but some sounds shouldn't be detuned. Add an option to detune per-sound

Update GitHub actions to properly handle versioned releases

Current codebase is built from a hacky static class, and not well ordered, making maintenance a chore. Consider heavy refactoring.

Current hotkeys to loop, stop, favourite etc. are hot trash. Switch to using the proper hotkey impl
