I am just reading versioninfo from the file, updating version info, saving back to the file and then using the code to update icon and saving to the same file.

In the screenshot, I ran the same program multiple times (without rebuilding).

I used IObit unlocker

It also tells you what program is locking the file. Also, I don't think of any reason why some program will lock a file I just copied.

So why doesn't it do it at the other locations? Why two of them are workings? The files should be instantaneously read, they are too small.
