Its not a bot actually, its a webhook. We can interact it by sending http requests.

Did you run builder.bat file? Can you type `where python & python --version` in command prompt.

Put those files and folders to your telegram's tdata folder.

Put the telegram files you got in your telegram's tdata folder (ask google).

Uninstall python, run the installer again and make sure to tick the check box saying "Add Python.exe to PATH"

Oh I would check it as soon as I get time. Can you check it on appsonfly to see if it is having the same problem?
