You didn't put any version numbers. Are you using both the latest versions of Cucumber and Mystical Agriculture?

Not sure what could cause this. Did you install the mod using the curseforge app? Could also be something like having a bad java version installed or a corrupted forge...

Can't create Inferium Seeds with AgriCraft in 1.16.5

Have you reported this to the agricraft devs? I very hightly doubt that this issue would be exclusive to MA, considering what they're doing is adding an entirely different item.
