@dutran ,thank you for your reply. I do some try, maybe BlobFetcher out of memory,but i can not figure the reason out ,can't locate where out of memory ,and now...
I'm sure I copy both cpp and cu files. and then recompile .so what's the next I can try?
I install command using "pip install rc-foundry[rfd3]" ,this error not happen when I use python command,thanks for your help
running command as follow: python models/rfd3/src/rfd3/run_inference.py\ out_dir=inference_outputs/protein_binder/0 \ ckpt_path=foundry/checkpoints/rfd3_latest.ckpt \ inputs=./docs/protein_binder_design.json
The problem has been resolved, and rfd3 can run normally now
