+1 on that, I am running stress testing on my instance which runs 4 containers and docker hangs even for `docker ps -a` so i'm trying to restart the containers...

Tried the same exact call on a different, non-AWS instance and it works. tried from two different AWS EC2 instances and it returned 404, i think they might be blocking...

Checked from N.Virgina and Ireland. Other non-AWS instance does work. it seems they block AWS's EC2 IP ranges.

@adamcooke OK, since im not a Ruby developer, I'm not sure how to add this checkbox/toggle for implementing that option to the user.
