Current versions of [stable-diffusion.cpp](https://github.com/leejet/stable-diffusion.cpp) support the Vulkan backend for image generation, is it possible to update version used in LocalAI to support Vulkan? Thank you!

I am currently working to add automated builds for Stable-Diffusion.cpp https://github.com/leejet/stable-diffusion.cpp/pull/992 however is it possible to add these as a backend to localai?
