Issue building on Windows.

I don't recommend it, but you can use msys2 and mingw64 for build this app into native windows exe. Run `mingw64.exe` after msys2 installation. Add packaged into it: `pacman -S...

Working build on windows

[quick type_of_file implementation](https://github.com/tsoding/ded/pull/42/commits/fbabd0d0d5e7ce39f05edd2ae73cd148c9a68ce8) works fine on mingw64+msys2.

Hung on resize, now unkillable (WSL2)

Never had such problems. I just pressed `Alt-F4` in Windows OS.

`da_move` could lead to undesired side effects

I think this is a C++ problem. And C is immune.

Simplify the lexer_starts_with function

It became harder to understand.
