The fix from MurMur above works great. If you want to try it, insert the following line into line 3 of the build\media-suite_compile.sh file: for 64-bit: pacman -U --noconfirm https://repo.msys2.org/mingw/mingw64/mingw-w64-x86_64-pkgconf-1~1.9.5-1-any.pkg.tar.zst
