某些特殊字符显示乱码

有些特殊字符在小程序里显示为乱码，去小程序里搜索awesome-python-login-model，就能知道我具体在说什么了。我在网页版里看是能正常显示的。

Now we have to run [update_schema.sql](https://github.com/vitwit/resolute/blob/master/server/schema/update_schema.sql) manually for any db migration. Please implement db migration in codes, to run migration scripts automately. Thank you!
